We have 2, deluxe full service cabins located right on our 2 acre, Wagon Lake, or we have a kitchenette cabin that overlooks our ponds and Wagon Lake, and we have a primitive camping cabin near our tenting area and RV Sites! They are a great way for your family to have a great camping experience without the expense of owning all of the equipment! NEW FOR 2010! Our 2, Deluxe Lake-Front Cabins

sit side by side right on Wagon Lake, and both are full service. They sleep 7-8 people (4-5 adults), and provides mom and dad the privacy of a master bed-room. They are perfect for families who want to enjoy lake front camping, fish right from their campsite, and be close to the pool and all the fun!

Our Kitchenette Cabin #3 (13 X 19)

Our Kitchenette Cabin is located near our Duck Pond, but overlooks Wagon Lake! It has a kitchenette (microwave, fridge, stove) and sleeps 2-4 adults or 6-7 people comfortably! (The loft is via a ladder and is best for children or young teens.) It is conveniently located near the the main building which has a bath house and rest rooms.

Our Camping Cabin #4 (10 X 20)

Our Camping Cabin is our least expensive and most primitive cabin. It has beds, a table, and electric lights. It is located near our tenting area, and is closer to the RV's and pop-up area of the campground and away from the highway. It is also conveniently located near our restroom/shower facility, and our tent camper's sink for doing dishes.

2010 Cabin Rates: Include a fire ring and picnic table. Prices quoted are for 2 adults and 2 children (Ages 18 & under). All additional campers are at the rates below. Prices shown below do not include the 6% PA Sales Tax. If the week includes a holiday week, the premium rate will be added to the weekly rate shown below. All cabins are a two night minimum, except for holidays which are a 3 night minimum. Sorry, but smoking & pets are prohibited in all cabins & campground buildings.

Reservations, Deposits, & Cancellations:
All cabin reservations require a credit card (no exception): One night at the weekend rate will be charged to your credit card at the time of the reservation. For a full refund, cancellations must be made no less than 7 (seven) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Deposits from a cancellation made more than 24 hours in advance of the date of arrival may be moved to another weekend within the same camping season at no additional charge or request a rain check. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival are considered a no-show. No-shows do not receive a refund nor rain check. All cabin rentals are a 2 night minimum and are charged PA Sales Tax. Holiday Reservations (are all a 3-night minimum) and special event weekends ($) require one night's deposit at the time of the reservation. Full refunds requires cancellation 7 (seven) days prior to the date of arrival. Short-notice (less than 7 days prior to your reservation) may request a rain check. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival are considered a no-show. No-shows will not receive a refund or rain check. All holiday cabin rentals are a 3 night minimum and are charged PA Sales Tax. All refunds and rain checks are at the discretion of Management. Coupons & rain checks are not accepted for redemption on holiday & premium rate weekends. We accept only one discount per customer. No other discounts or coupons may be used with club discounts nor with other coupons or other discount programs. We will reserve specific sites: But we reserve the right to make substitutions. Check-in/check-out time is 3:00/1:00. No early Saturday Check-ins. Saturday check-ins prior to 3:00 will be charged for Friday night. Check-ins should be during normal store/office operating hours. Absolutely no check-ins after 11:00 pm. All campground buildings, including cabins, pavilion, store, & restrooms are non-smoking and no pets facilities. Any damage to cabins are charged to your credit card at the prevailing rate including labor and materials. We retain the right to refuse to service.
