Reservations, Deposits, & Cancellations:

• All cabin reservations require a credit card number:  One night at the weekend    rate will be charged to your credit card for cancellations less than 7 (seven) days prior to the scheduled arrival date (short-notice) and no-shows.  All cancellations require 7 days  prior to arrival date for full refund.  All cabin rentals are a 2 night minimum and are charged PA Sales Tax.  
• Holiday Reservations (3 night minimums) and special event weekends ($) require one night's deposit or a valid credit card number which will be charged one night at the premium rate for short-notice cancellations and no-shows.  Full refunds requires cancellation 7 (seven) days prior to the date of arrival.  
• All refunds and rain checks are at the discretion of Management.  Coupons & rain checks are not accepted for redemption on holiday & premium rate ($) weekends. 
• Pets are not allowed  when camping in cabins.  
• All Cabins, buildings, & restrooms are non-smoking facilities.      
• We accept only one discount per customer.  No other discounts or coupons may be used with club discounts nor with other coupons or other discount programs.   
• We will reserve specific sites: But we reserve the right to make substitutions.
• Check-in/check-out time is 3:00/1:00.  No early Saturday Check-ins.  Saturday check-ins prior to 3:00 will be charged for Friday night.  Check-ins should be during normal store/office operating hours.  Absolutely no check-ins after 11:00 pm. 
• We retain the right to refuse to service.  Campers publicly drunk, disobeying the rules, or creating a disturbance with other customers will be removed from the park without refund.
