In The Event Of An Emergency Dial 911 first!  A pay phone is located on the front porch of the store.  Then, call us during store hours at 814-789-3251, after hours at 814-789-2487.  We will respond with help!  If you have discourteous neighbors or utility outages, please call us!

Weather Emergencies:  If the fire siren sounds a high pitch for an extended time, it is a severe weather emergency.  We recommend you immediately seek shelter at the main building Rec. Hall or at the East Mead Fire Hall (located one mile west on Rt. 27).

Missing Child/Person Emergency:  An air horn alarm being sounded by campground personnel is a missing person alarm.  Your entire party must report to your campsite, lock your camping unit, and all motor vehicles, and report to the Rec. Hall immediately.  You must register as accounted for with the member of management at the Rec. Hall, sit down, and await an all clear.  Adults (over 21) may be search party members.

Injuries & Accidents:  Please immediately report all injuries or accidents that require medical attention or result in damage to your or someone else's property.  This includes all pet attacks on people or on other pets.

Bicycles:  Helmets are required for all children under 12.  Helmets are recommended for all bicyclists.  All bicycles must be parked at dusk.  When the pole lights come on, all the bikes must be gone (i.e.

Vehicle Restrictions:  Only 2 vehicles per site.  Please park additional vehicles in visitor parking

areas designated on the map.  All vehicles must display a mirror tag – untagged vehicles are subject

to towing at the owners expense.  Golf carts, 4-Wheelers, Off-Road Motorcycles, Mopeds, Electric Skateboards & children's ride-on battery powered vehicles are prohibited.  Handicap scooters are permitted for handicapped persons only.

Speed Limit:  5 MPH!  All vehicles (including bikes) must obey road signs and speed limit.  Please watch for children and ducks!

of any kind from our woodland areas.  You may burn pre-cut, pre-split, seasoned firewood only (not

to exceed 18" in length)!
