Family Campground is in N.W. Pennsylvania near Erie, PA (about 45 South of Erie, PA on
I79) and just 7 miles east of Meadville, PA on State Hwy 27.
From
The North on I79 (Due to Bridge Construction at Exit 147A): The exit
ramps from the North (i.e. the southbound lane) For Meadville, PA will be closed for the 2008 camping
season. Follow the signs for Exit 147A (at Saegertown). They will take you south to Rt. 6/19
near Walmart. Turn left at that corner, come down the hill.
You'll go right under I79. Follow Rt. 19N & 6N just past
the rail road overpass to the Park Ave. exit. At the bottom of the
exit ramp, go straight up Park Ave. At the corner of Park Ave. and North
St. (at Burger King) turn right. Follow the signs for Rt. 27
& Rt.77
until Rt. 77 turns left. Then continue follow Rt. 27 East (straight ahead)
for 5 more
miles. We're just past the West Brookdale Trailer Park on the left.
From The South on I79: Take I79 exit 147A.
Follow Rt. 19N & 6N just past the rail road overpass to the Park Ave. exit.

St. (at Burger King) turn right. Follow the signs for Rt. 27
& Rt.77
until Rt. 77 turns left. Then continue to follow Rt. 27 East (straight ahead)

miles. We're just past the West Brookdale Trailer Park on the left.
From The Southeast: Take 322 West from Franklin, turn right onto 173 at
flashing yellow light, Follow 173 North to Rt. 27. Turn left. Follow
Rt. 27 for 5 miles. We'll be on your right.
From The South Scenic Route: (This route is for people who enjoy traveling
the winding roads of Pennsylvania! It is not recommended for people
towing large RV's & it is actually a longer thus the scenic
route! It winds up through a small part of the Erie Wildlife
Refuge): Take Exit 141 Cochranton exit. Follow 285
East. Rt. 173 "T", turn left and go North. At "T" of 173
and Rt. 27, turn left and go West. Follow Rt. 27 west approx. 5 miles.
